Wheel fitment with Tein lowering springs

Has anyone ran 18x9.5 +38 wheels on tein s tech lowering springs for VA WRX? If so, how is the fitment, any rubbing?

Currently have tein s tech springs and had 18x8.5 +40 wheels with 245/40 tires. I want to go to 18x9.5 +38 but worried about fitment.
