Removing more references to DEI:
Mentioned they removed the link to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity in this thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/WalgreensStores/comments/1i9anxm/walgreens_no_longer_actively_nurturing_a_culture/
It was a 404 for a while, but then it started redirecting to a different page which still mentioned diversity: https://web.archive.org/web/20250124085841/https://www.walgreensbootsalliance.com/environmental-social-governance/healthy-inclusive-workplace
"WBA’s business, which includes more than 331,000 employees in nine countries, consists of team members with a wide array of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, insights and perspectives. It is our goal to ensure our people feel safe and secure while being able to live their most authentic lives as WBA employees. Our mission is to attract, develop and engage employees and partners who reflect the diverse customers and communities we serve. We believe diversity should be at the forefront of our work and it is a core driver of success for our businesses."
But that part has now been removed, as has the mention of us being "DEI centered". Here's what it looks like now: https://www.walgreensbootsalliance.com/environmental-social-governance
Also, the 2024 ESG report vs 2023 drops all mentions of gender, and LGBT is only mentioned in reference to the company's relationship with the Pride Alliance. Someone else could post links to those.
