Removing more references to DEI:

We believe diversity should be at the forefront of our work and it is a core driver of success for our businesses."

Also, the 2024 ESG report vs 2023 drops all mentions of gender, and LGBT is only mentioned in reference to the company's relationship with the Pride Alliance. Someone else could post links to those.
