Questions for Tower of Terror

Every time I've gone to wdw, I've always been too scared. This time, I'm considering giving it a shot, but I have some questions. 1. How long is the biggest drop? 2. How many smaller drops are there (usually)? 3. How bad does it really feel, compared to splash mountain?

Edit: Went on it and loved it, definitely in my top 5 favorite rides
