4 nights at Pop Century...
...and we didn't receive housekeeping service at all. I understand the value resorts aren't supposed to be cleaned every day but they are every other night. We were in the room for about an hour from 2-3pm the day it was supposed to be cleaned and had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. We figured they would come later in the day and they didn't, so I reached out on chat knowing that it was our fault for being in the room but to ask if they could come the next day. They apologized and assured me that they would clean it the next day. We went to the parks from 7am to 9pm that day and it still wasn't cleaned. I spoke to the front desk when checking out and they said the housekeeping manager would call. I haven't received that call yet. What should I expect/ask for since I didn't receive what was paid for?
