Someone enlighten me why this tank is at 4.0
I like this goofy tank but why is this at 4.0?? NO Turret, slow, poor cannon, paper armour and so on and so fourth. Like compared to a stug I would take the stug any day. Gaijin please bring this down to 3.7 or something
