Has anyone met the anti-russian Pe 8 troll?

He plays around 4.3 arb (Pe 8 br), with a Pe 8 strapped in giant north Korean flag decals. He chooses to spawn in the airfield with the fighter planes and immediately uses his gunners to try and kill as many soviet planes as he can before managing to do so or being tked. He then quits and goes to a different match. I've met him two times and many friends have also met him while playing russian planes. I wonder if he got banned after the recent ban wave.
