Premium vehicle transfer

I know this gets asked a lot. But I have an important question here. I am aware that if you have your console account bound to your Pc and you buy a pack that the GE and the premium time of the pack wont go to the Pc. But my main question is that if lets say I buy the A-10 Pack on the playstation store will the A-10 be available on my PC? For info when I usually play on my PC my name is identical to my console account name (Playstation policy or smt) and I have a small symbol next to my name that is a small console. So if I buy the pack and I open War Thunder on my playstation to activate the pack will I receive the A-10 on my PC aswell?
