What do I even do?

I’ve had a cluster on my foot since 14/15 yo but my father is not a very approachable person and it was brushed off the one time I brought it up. Broke out like crazy maybe the summer before last and has been a huge skeleton in the closet since. Attempts to debride have not gone very far.
