A diagnosis to fit the crime?

The crime of drugging your kids daily, I mean...

I originally assumed SW's sought the Familial Mediterranean Fever diagnosis to flex her Italian heritage and seem exotic, but was there more to it?

I saw photos of both girls with nebulisers and thought she was just being attention seeking and extravagant to purchase two of the same medical device, but was that all?

The fact that she would pretend both girls had the exact same health issues, despite the unlikelyhood of that being possible seems significant

Pretending both girls had these same health problems would give SW a perfect excuse as to why she was drugging her children daily

Tylenol reduces fever does it not? A feverish child who is struggling to breathe could find relief from the sleep which Benadryl induces, right?

Could this be why she was hell bent on diagnosing both girls with the same conditions, despite how statistically improbable it was?

Is it possible that the only reason Bella escaped Cece's infamous nut allergy diagnosis is that SW didn't invent this one until later and too many people had seen Bella eating nuts?

Whereas a fever or breathing issues can become more apparent in time, rather than the sudden onset of a nut allergy

We wonder why nobody ever questioned SW's parenting choices or suspected abuse, but we don't actually know that they didn't

It seems plausible that someone at some point may have questioned SW's habit of drugging the girls to induce sleep

We know SW had a tendency to cut people off & was dropped or deleted by other people, sure the MLM post overload would have contributed to that, but maybe there were other reasons for past friendships to end as well

A private message from a concerned friend would not be known on social media & a Facebook comment could be quickly deleted

With the amount of time SW spent glued to her phone, a Facebook comment may have been deleted so quickly that it would barely be seen by others

Yes SW loved to rant & rave on Facebook, but is it possible she was questioned and intentionally kept that off Facebook?

Drawing attention publically to anyone doubting her parenting might make more people wonder and look harder at her behaviour, but inventing a distracting diagnosis would be more effective

Just because no ex associates of SW have come forth publically to say they were concerned about her parenting choices doesn't mean they are not out there

They may just not want the drama, threats from Shiners or public attention by going against the socially accepted narrative of this case

They may feel guilty at not having done more to stop her before it was too late

Just a thought anyway...
