Still waiting for my cash card... Anyone else?

I am in Alberta, Canada for reference.

I ordered my cash card last week of December. It's been a month, and I still don't have it. I understand the holidays and the strike, but come on, surely it should have been here by now?

Their customer service hours are so limited, I work whenever they are available so I haven't had a chance to speak to them, but this is just ridiculous, I have 3 other credit cards after the fact from other institutions, and although they all took longer than normal, I have all 3 of them...

Anyone else in the same struggle?
