Going from Zepbound to Wegovy

Hi! I’ve been on Zepbound since last July, but my new insurance no longer covers it. It was originally approved with a PA for PCOS and insulin resistance. My new insurance covers mounjaro, but it’s a long shot without t2 diabetes. If mounjaro is denied, we’re going to try for wegovy which is also covered with a PA.

I’m so frustrated and distraught that I can’t keep taking what has been working for me. Has anyone found success switching from zep/mounjaro to wegovy? Any big differences?

I’m currently on 7.5mg Zepbound and have lost 50lbs in 6/7 months.
