I must be doing something wrong

So I started my weight loss journey 2 weeks ago. I have noticed some changes in my body and workout 6 days a week and on a deficit but I have lost 0lbs when I stepped on the scale. I eat anywhere from 1,600-1,800 cals a day. I’m 5’8 and 185lbs female. Idk if it’s turning into muscle or something. I felt slimmer and my clothes are feeling better so I just don’t understand why the scale isn’t moving. I try to eat high protein and low carb. Can someone help ?
