stuck at weight

im 5'2 F, 130 lb as an 18F wanting to lose weight and get slim... i have pretty big muscular thighs from playing sports when i was 120 lb but after i quit i gained 10 lbs... im looking to lose weight in my whole body especially my legs... its rlly hard to wear jeans that fit...

i started going to the gym in november almost daily ( routine being mostly 30 min treadmill (walking and running back and forth) and then 20 min on the elliptical) i rarely did weights bc i tend to gain lots of bulky muscle instead of slimming down... i have been eating the same amount of food or a little less but i havent been able to lose any weight

ive been stuck at 130 lb for months... i think ive slimmed down on my arms n stomach but im not sure... can anyone help break the plateau??
