gained 2kg overnight
i’ve been in a cal deficit for almost 2 weeks now, usually eating around 600 cals each day and up until 2 days ago, i’ve been losing weight at a pretty steady pace.
one day i weighed 62.2kg and the next day i was 65kg. i kinda thought it might’ve just been water weight, so i stuck to my normal cal intake and just exercised more that day, but checking this morning i still weigh 64.3kg.
i literally have no idea where the weigh has come from, but ive been constipated for about 3-4 days so i’m wondering if that has anything to do with it. am i even losing weight? i feel like my body has changed slightly (it’s only been a week a half so far though) but seeing the number on the scale bounce back up makes me feel so unmotivated
