I went from 246 pounds and now I am 215 pounds, 5 foot seven height, and I’m 47 years old. I’ve been finding difficult to put on muscle. I do about 30 to 45 Minutes of jogging on the treadmill. About two miles there, afterward I do about another 45 minutes to an hour of weight lifting. I haven’t gotten the meal intake or calorie Counting thing Down but I don’t eat as I used to in the past. My body only requires me to eat once a day now. I’ll take protein shake in the morning and one at night after workouts. I worked out four times a week . Any advice on how to tweak it so I can tighten up and gain more muscle
