What happened to Lucy's?

Lucy's in Pleasantville suddenly has no website, their former Facebook and Instagram pages have posts from I guess their marketing person that the staff was gutted and something happened between them and the owner. Google Maps now calls it "No More Eyes" and a pizza takeout joint, but all the same photos and reviews are up. Does anyone have any details? Of course I just visited there a couple months ago for the first time, and now it's gone...
