Can’t install windows 11, I’ve tried everything.

I recently tried to upgrade to windows 11, my PC meets the minimum requirements, secure boot and TPN are enabled. trying to use a flash drive to install always results in “your PC doesn’t meet the minimum requirements” even though windows 10 and whynotwin11 say it does. Windows 11 install assistant also says that my system meets the minimum requirements, it always makes it through the download and then it asks me if I’d to restart to finalize, i click yes and it takes me to a loading screen for about a minute, restarts, then shows a screen saying “undoing changes made to your device” and boots into windows 10. I’m baffled as to what to do, I’ve looked everywhere that I can think to no avail.
