is this normal?
i’ve been getting horrible menstrual cramps whenever i do cardio like running. however, i’m not on my period yet—it’s currently late. i get cramps before my period even starts, so that’s somewhat normal. does anyone else have similar issues when they run?
update: i’m about a week or two before my next period should start, and i went on a run this morning. the same cramps showed up again. i wonder if this is normal or if it’s just something that i should be concerned about. does anyone have any ideas?
