Cyst or swollen lymph node under armpit

Hello, I’m 23f and on May 8th I had to get an ultrasound for a lump that’s under armpit on the left side of my breast. I was told that it was a birads category 2 and that there was no finding of a cystic or solid lesions and that I needed a follow up. I was supposed to get it on 23rd of this month and it was supposed to be a ultrasound bilateral breast but it was canceled due to my insurance and now I can’t help but to look it up and to panic and overthink that it could be something worse. I know we aren’t doctors but I’m scared and I can’t help it and it’s ruining my mental health. I sadly can’t talk about this with anyone because I don’t have anyone, so I came here to i don’t know for support or to get someone to tell me to stop what I’m doing.
