80MPH+?

I saw a post about an owner going 80 and hearing a whining noise and people were joking and commenting about not going 80+. I purchased my first Wrangler (19’ JLU Sahara) last September and live in a state where interstate is 75, so I sometimes go around 80 and have no issues. Obviously the Wrangler is shaped liked a brick and I’ve seen the cow being more aerodynamic than a Jeep meme. But besides MPG, are there any reason NOT to? Wear on the engine? Suspension? Just curious 🤷🏻‍♂️
