How to build this guys

I was about farm echos for my spectro roverfor toa with the new set but noticed I had 1 and 3 cost enough and only lacking was 4 cost. I don't know how I have there. Let that aside how do I build this two...encore and chixia for solving lower floor.. i could build danjin i have skill issue and she is s2 and chixia is s5........should try to pull for static mist...
