How to build a DPS Aalto?

I have a S6 Aalto and I've seen some crazy gameplay with him. I want to test it out but need some advice on what skills and builds to get.

I'm using my Jiyans set and status mist (but also have Charlotte's weapon, but it have lower DMG stat). I'm using a team with shorekeeper and Sanhua and can't figure out any better then them.

Whats neccesary to improve at this point ?
