How will Kitty and Minho get together?

What are your thoughts on how they will finally get together as a couple?

So far, my theories are that they either:

a) become very close over the summer during the tour, to the point where they are practically inseparable but don't call themselves a couple out of fear of rejection. Their friendship reaches a new depth, but they don't do anything physical. Maybe they link arms or hold hands to stay safe in crowds but that's about it. More longing stares, hugs, and almost kisses between them. When they go back to school, reality sets in and they are confronted with the fact that there is a chance Dae will get hurt because of them. Kitty expects them to get together (maybe they plan on meeting and he implies to her that they will make things official), but Minho gets scared and backs out last minute. They pine for each other throughout the season until Dae notices and gives them his blessing.

Or,

b) Kitty confesses to Minho during the tour, but he is too scared of hurting Dae and hasn't dealt with the damage that Stella brought him. She flies home from the tour early and is heartbroken. She avoids him when the school year starts, but he is realizing how much he wants and misses her no matter how much he tries to repress his feelings. He keeps searching for her and "accidentally" bumping into her. Dae sees how sad Minho is and they have a heart-to-heart; Dae is too in love with Eunice to care who Kitty chooses to be with and tells Minho he wants him to be happy and to please go after her before it's too late.

What other paths do you think they might take?
