Can we talk about how car insurance in zim

Okay Zinara I get it, even radio license, I get it (but I'll ever pay), but car insurance, other than comprehensive cover, is it really benefiting to be paying it, when most of us are on 3rd party cover and if we do get into an accident noone ever claims it to thier insurance company. Some countries, insurance is optional. Is it a scam that we have normalised as a country.
