Telone Outages

Does anyone else experience telone network problems the moment zesa goes. But what I don't get is that it always starts around 6:30ish everyday regardless kuti aenda nguvai. Like today zesa raenda kuma 5 as usual but network bhoo zvekuti but kuzvima half 6 ikoko , gone. What might be the problem
