What is this

I was in what my therapist described as a domestic violence relationship cycle with someone for 5 years. I planned an exit plan and left in June 2024. I’m wanting to serve a restraining order request but am unsure if this counts as sexual assault or if it’s too minor. My ex from 2019-2022 would bite my shoulder during sex even after I said I didn’t like it, that it hurt and I would cry and say ow or stop and they would continue after me crying or afterwards saying I didn’t like it and it was painful. 2023-2024 they would bite a pillow instead of me. Some nights I would wake up and feel them touching me and I would say “I’m too tired” and he would say “it’s okay you can sleep” “it’s okay I’m just going to touch you” and I would either give it, let him touch me or keep saying no until he listened.
