Potential AP is a cake eater

A guy I am talking to online seems like a good match for me except for the fact that he pretty much described himself as a cake eater. No offense to cake eaters, but I don’t know why I just am not usually personally interested in them. Something about them makes me nervous/untrusting.

Edit: by cake eater I mean he described his relationship with his wife as great/no issues. I’m not in a dead bedroom but there are things about my relationship I am dissatisfied with otherwise I probably wouldn’t be here.
