Looking to…

Hi folks.

First post here. I’m a dairy farmer looking to do some “life of a dairy farmer” YouTube videos where I go over very specific topics in the industry for the real world to watch.

I know a lot of people don’t know the specifics on how they get their dairy products so I thought it’d be fun to start a YouTube channel. I don’t anticipate it to go anywhere, but looking for a hobby for the winter.

I’m hoping to do a format/style like “Smarter Every Day” and also do some fun character animations like “Oversimplified.”

For some very 2d, not very complicated animations like Oversimplified, would Adobe Animate be a good option? I do have some experience in AE but it’s been a long time and I did more null object and special effects and video editing with that.

I’m open to hear free options too. I know there’s a lot of ways to animate, and I’m so new to this and a lot of the terms. Essentially I’d want to make simple stick characters/cows and have limb/mouth movements and such. And it’d be nice to tween it and not have to draw frame by frame.
