What's your Winter 2025 surprise gem and your biggest disappointment?

We're now more than a month into the Winter 2025 season, and I'm curious to know which little-anticipated anime surprised you in a good way, and which ones you had high expectations for and were disappointed by. For me, my big surprise is "Even Given the Worthless "Appraiser" Class, I'm Actually the Strongest" and my biggest disappointment is "Ubel Blatt"
