Queen sometimes moves her legs a little, but the rest of her body is immobile. Is she beyond revival?

She sometimes moves her legs a little when I touch her, but the rest of her body is immobile. I tried soaking her with a little water to hydrate her and help clean the air holes that ants breathe through as I heard that ants usually revive after being in water for a while. She’s been in a dry tube, is there any way to revive ants under dry conditions? I’ve only heard of drowned ants being revived
