Please fix this respawn!!!

Everytime i play ranked it doesnt let me play. I get little pictures lf whats going every couple of minutes. I cant choose which legend im playing or play at all. I cant move all i can do is look around. Please fix this because i am losing ranks because of this it automaticly glitches me put and i die its pointless to play if you dont fix this!
