Leadership Training at BLC/ALC/SLC
BLUF: Chaplain looking to add some materials to BSRT (Building Strong and Ready Teams) curriculum, but wanted to confirm if the proposed material to be added is already being taught in BLC/ALC/SLC.
I was recently exposed to and taught the SLII (Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership paradigm) through my civilian employer (I’m Compo 2), and was thinking that there are a lot of practical tools within it that would help many individual soldiers and especially those in leadership positions.
However, due to the fact that I’m an officer and not an NCO, I was curious to see if Blanchard’s model is being taught at BLC/ALC/SLC? I know it’s not being taught in BOLC or CCC.
TIA.
