Why does the army make everything more complicated than it needs to be?

Kinda just ranting.. but why is the TA process so difficult? Why are you a piece of shit if you score a 560+ but you just run slow? And for the love of God why do you need a motorcycle mentor packet? I’m already legal to ride in all 50 states but still have to fill out some stupid packet. Why do you get shit on if you go to behavioral health for ptsd from Iraq deployments? Currently got 8 years TIS and a SSG, but it all seems pointless now and I’m wishing I wouldn’t have joined anymore.
