where is still renting in asheville?

my boyfriend, my dad and I’s lease is up in February and to get an early start on things i decided to check on the renting world right now and we are not sure what to do a-lot of places are not renting and if they are its way past our budget ($1400-$1600) I grew up here and I’m not ready to leave but its so expensive to stay.
