DM Looking for D&D Players for Wednesday Group

I'm located in South Asheville, and I'm looking for players who would be able to play on Wednesdays every other week or so. I have a number of gamer friends, but very few of them are able to join a game night in the middle of the week. I have a small full time business in which I travel to conventions and festivals almost every weekend, so scheduling an ongoing game night has been a major challenge for me and I really miss getting to play.

The campaign itself is a location based homebrew mystery. The trade city of Tasta, capitol of the Burning Isle, is preparing for the Festival of Jazella. With the festival still some weeks away, the city is hiring anyone they can to help clean up the city. The city is infested with far worse vermin than just rats, however. Wild and terrifying monsters have appeared throughout the urban streets as if from thin air. Why are the beasts here, and where are they coming from? Is this a deliberate attack against the festival? Or is something else causing this mayhem? Discovering the answers and defeating the monsters sounds like just the task for a team of adventurers.

I originally wrote this module as a oneshot, but I realized while running the game that I'd accidentally packed the story with enough content to run it as a full blown campaign. It took us two whole days to finish the "oneshot," even though I fast-tracked a lot of it. That being said, everyone who played it said that they had a blast and they were very satisfied with the story by the time we finally wrapped up.

I'm looking for a maximum of five players who can commit to a Wednesday timeslot. The exact time on Wednesdays is tbd. New players welcome, I have some experience DMing for newbies. This module was written for 5th level characters, but I can scale the difficulty up or down if the players would rather start off at a different level. Players are expected to treat me and each other with respect. Sorry, no evil aligned characters (unless you can convince me that you can play an evil character without sabotaging the game or making your participation a hardship for others).

COVID HOUSE RULES- I am asthmatic with a history of pneumonia. I can only host players who have been fully vaccinated and boosted. I need players who are still careful about covid precautions, who can be honest about when they're not feeling well, and honest when they might have been exposed to someone with covid. Stay home if you feel sick, and you can still join remotely if you're up for it.
