Dermatologist recs for keloid scars from surgery?

I have a raised reddish-brown scar from a rib harvest surgery I did two years ago. I’m fair skinned so it’s even more obvious :( I’d have expected it to at least become colourless by now but it’s still dark… I know how unethical and money-driven private dermatologists can get but I’m unsure if this will be covered under public, and i also don’t want to wait longer to get this settled. If anyone has any recommendations specifically for dermatologists good at scar removal please share your experiences! Or if anyone also has the same scar from a surgery as well, please share how you got rid of it!
