2 Strikes?

A few years ago my son overlooked 3 lbs of Delmonico steaks bringing im the groceries from my Honda Pilot. It was dead of summer. I noticed a smell a few days later but nothing was obvious. My dogs weren't finding anything so I was confused. Later I found out they were indeed in the back of the Pilot and had been joined by many ahem friends. Hubby scrubbed, cleaned, vinegared the car as best he could but smell was so strong. I traded it in at Carvana and they did not even blink at the odor.
The car I traded for (a beauty red vw beetle) had a random carton of protein shake in the trunk. When triple a changed my tire they threw the tire and junk into the space bursting open the muscle milk. Once again it starts to smell and the flies helped us locate the source. I'm trading her in today because she is out of warranty and despite the mad cleaning and treatment, the smell is just so pervasive. They gave me 2,000 over what o owe but I'm afraid they will turn me away when I get there? I've purchased thru carvana and signed all paperwork
