Gums bleeding in one specific spot after flossing

so recently, I've noticed only after I floss (never after I brush) in this one spot it starts bleeding, I don't experience this anywhere else. I don't have sensitivity in the spot and its not sore. I am wondering if I may have cut it while flossing too agressively. I was using glide tape floss and have since researched its actually not that great of a floss, so I went back to expanding floss. Could this be gum disease? Should I not floss that area for a couple days and see if it heals and stops or pay a visit to the dentist? I can't put a picture either because the tooth is in the back of my mouth and its kind of hard to get with a camera
