How to approach a girl I don’t know?

I’m 16m I just moved schools and last period has a girl I think is cute. There’s an issue though. I don’t know how to start talking. I can’t START talking. It’s the same way when I write essays. My middle body paragraph and conclusion will be fucking amazing but my introduction i can barely even get begin to know what to write. (Talking to people isn’t like writing words I know it’s just the best example I can give)

I think she was trying to hint something at me or something bro idk. She usually leaves class when the bell rings but on Friday she stayed all the way until I left ( I was sleeping in class that’s why I was in there so long)

by the time I left it was only like me her the teacher and like 1-2 other students. She followed me outside and kept ending up like right on the side of me. I even tried to walk more randomly but she was still always behind me. I’m lowkey just gonna cross this out as coincidence cause it’s too far fetched even for my delusional ass 😭

She last girl I was talking to lowkey cooked me she was 19 years old and had me on 17 hour calls, I got her flowers, shit was intense but I had to cut that girl off she was crazy, that a story for another time tho but I think she’s why I’m even more hesitant about talking to another girl cause that bitch was fucking weird
