Best sushi in Austin

Hey guys. I’m in Houston tonight and Austin tomorrow, what’s the absolute best no holds barred, no budget, no casual sushi? As well as looking for the best sushi, I’m also looking for a Japanese food spot, not necessarily sushi. Not interested in anything AYCE, or “good for the money”/casual Thanks!!
