Help with child at school (continued)

I need some advice again. A week ago I asked for some advice on what to do with my child struggling at school. I have recently had a meeting with the school board with my concerns and they just doubled down on what the others said ar the IEP meetings. It all comes down to the same things. "We can't provide those accommodations." "None of the other children even get that so we can't do it." "We have expectations on how the children behave once they reach each grade." Perhaps it's just where I'm a mother, but, it feels like they're placing too much expectation on him without giving the accommodations he needs. All I asked for was for my child to get more one on one in a separate room and gradually get him used to the school setting. Is that too much? Will it just be better to home school at this point?
