Should i get it trimmed

Got told i look homeless, want honest opinions, thinking of going to a barber but i'm scared they fuck it up.. Feeling like Ragnar Lodbrock in his final days tho, but dont want to look really old 😂 31 and 2 months from 2 year beard!
