Wink Laser Studio Review: Upper Lip Hair

Learned about Wink from this sub. I guess I would be one of the few to say I did not like their service.

On my 6th session for upper lip hair removal and still haven't seen any significant change. Not sure if they're lowering down the settings because I did not avail of the package. I chose to pay per session. (This is just my own theory/opinion). There was one session wherein the zaps of the laser were really strong (I think it was the 3rd). However, in my succeeding sessions, it was not as strong/painful. It was barely a sting. I'd like to be proven wrong about this though, I hope they would be more transparent about the laser settings for each session (like tell the client how strong the laser is during a session).

If that's the case, I guess I'm better off going for Diode hair removals like the one from SkinStation since they're cheaper.

Even if I'm wrong about my theory, I still won't recommend it. I specifically chose Wink because I wanted the best for my upper lip hair since it is on the face. But I am disappointed with the results (or lack thereof). I believe they're using GentleMax laser which is supposed to be good.

Any other recommendations would be welcome.
