Chucks lawyer joke

It might be intentional and Im just pointing out the obvious (sorry if that's the case), but I feel like Chuck's lawyer joke in the S02E05 was the only one that was actually funny. It adds another layer to the situation where Rebecca laughed at all the jokes that Jimmy told but not at the Chucks one.

I'm just spilling thoughts. What do you think?
