If you’ve ’bounced back’ how?!

I’m 6 months post partum and I have lost weight but I still have more fat than before and a lovely pouch where my c section scar is. I go to the gym 4 days a week heavy weight training but I don’t diet because by god I don’t get any sleep 😅 and I’m exclusively breast feeding with a good supply

Those who bounced back I mean no disrespect but did you breastfeed? Or formula? I feel like with breastfeeding it’s just so much harder but that might be complete crap. I don’t get more than probably 6 hours max broken sleep a night (more like 4 most the time) and the only way I actually get my ass to the gym is through knowing it’s paying off with day to day movements / activities with my son and it’s just good for my brain

I don’t expect to be back to pre pregnancy but I feel like a failure. I’m 5’8 at 84kg ish when I started at 76 with a good amount of muscle. I do admit I can eat junk and I do truly blame the sleep deprivation but that’s just how it is

EDIT: thank you everyone, you’ve been so kind. I had a crap traumatic birth so didn’t actually get back to exercising until 3 months pp. I forget that bit! Im trying to just remind myself that right now isn’t about looking my best particularly as I plan on more babies, but it doesn’t stop me getting hella strong in the gym

EDIT2: I just benched 55kg for 5 so I’m not too mad
