Not changing diapers overnight

Is it okay to not change babies diapers overnight? I’ve read people saying that it is but I feel bad that she’s sitting in her own pee for so long. But if I do change it, it wakes her up more and she starts crying and is harder to put back to sleep. When I don’t change it she doesn’t fully wake up while nursing her because I wake up when she starts stirring and she just nurses and falls back asleep.
