What is the most emotional and impactful scene in the show? (aside from the ending)

For me, it’s a tie between either the scene where Sheldon asks his friends to stand or when Amy yells at him before that about how the only reason people tolerate him is because he never actively means to hurt people or is malicious. They’re both so impactful and powerful and emotional
