When did people start noticing side effects?

hi all! I just started a birth control pill (generic progestin only/mini pill, low dose norethindrone). this is my first pill, and I’m worried about side effects. I have taken 3 pills (I take them late at night, so it’s techhhhnically been 4 days). so far I’m only noticing increased nausea and a tad bit of cramping. however, I’m really concerned about the mood side effects. when did emotional side effects set in for other POP users? I’ve been super happy since I started actually, but I’m sure I’m not out of the woods yet.
