How to find your style

I’m 31, and I am just so lost with clothes. I have never been one for in fashion or brands. Probably since my mom was just a jeans and TShirt kinda gal, so that’s basically what I am. Yet, I see everyone looking so cute and put together. I’m curvy 5’4 and want to be polished and put together too. But I want versatile and comfortable, while looking together. I am also single trying to find someone, so I want to feel confident.

Where do I start? I have looked into capsule closests and not sure if that’s good. I am also at lost where to buy clothes, it used to be target. But I’m honestly not a fan of the clothing style they carry anymore. I’m more of a coastal granddaughter meets old money and cottage core style.
