Does anyone regret training too much (in the past)?
I’m in my late 20s. Looking back on the last 2-3 years, I realized that all of my time went towards wife, work, and bjj. Quite honestly nothing else. If something comes up on a day of practice, more likely then not I’ll cancel it. I definitely enjoy my schedule, but I can feel it taking time away from literally everything outside the 3 I mentioned at the beginning. Kinda curious if anyone has gone through something similar and whether or not they regret it.
